Expired Motor Vehicle Registration

If you present the Court before your first Court Appearance Date the remedied expired registration receipt from your county assessor - collector that lists that you made payment of the Late Registration Fee, the citation may be dismissed with a $20.00 administrative dismissal fee.

If you present the Court before your first Court Appearance Date evidence of a registration insignia issued to the motor vehicle establishing that the vehicle was registered for the period during which the offense was committed, the charge may be dismissed with a $10.00 administrative dismissal fee.

Or you may pay the fine (along with court costs and fees) of $156.00.

Expired Driver's License

If you present the Court the remedied expired driver’s license before your first Court Appearance Date, the charge may be dismissed with a $20.00 administrative dismissal fee.

Or you may pay the fine (along with court costs and fees) of $182.00.

Failure to Display Driver's License

If you present the Court sufficient proof of a valid license on the date of the citation before your first Court Appearance Date, the charge may be dismissed with a $10.00 administrative dismissal fee.

Or you can pay the fine (along with court costs and fees) of $162.00

Failure to Change Name, Address on Driver's License

If you present, to the Court, sufficient proof of the updated information before your first Court Appearance Date, the charge may be dismissed with a $20.00 administrative dismissal fee.

Or you can pay the fine (along with court costs and fees) of $174.00

Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility - No Insurance

If sufficient proof of a valid insurance policy on the date and at the time of the citation is provided to the Court before your first Court Appearance Date, the charge may be dismissed. All insurance documents will be verified for validity.
