Old Town Parking Improvement Bid Opportunity

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for OLD TOWN PARKING IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the
Town of Ponder, addressed to the Town Secretary, at 102 W. Bailey Street, Ponder, Texas
76259, until 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 29, 2026 and then publicly opened and
read aloud at the Ponder Town Hall located at 102 W. Bailey Street, Ponder, Texas
76259.
The project generally consists of approximately 2,460 SY of 7” reinforced concrete
pavement installation, 3,750 SF of reinforced concrete sidewalks, with associated subgrade
stabilization, and pavement markings.
The construction plans, contract documents and specifications, upon refundable deposit
of $75, may be obtained at the following location:

Deposit will be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned to Belcheff & Associates,
Inc. in useable condition within 10-days of the bid opening.

and submitting a request to join the following project group –

Upon new user registration and login, a request to join the group should be submitted under

The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the
conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders.
The successful responsible bidder shall (when requested) demonstrate adequate and substantial
documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing
the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described
elsewhere in the bound contractual documents.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
